Robust red lager that almost straddles the line to being a light Porter, dark, roasty with hints of caramel and smoke.

community - pilsner - 5%

Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.

juicezilla - IPa - 7.0%

New school IPA bursting with fruity, tropical aroma with a silky, smooth body and balanced bitterness.

entanglement - cherry wheat - 5.0%

We took our popular Penny hibiscus wheat beer and changed out hibiscus flowers for sour cherries for a slightly fruitier but still light drinking winter saison.

CACAO JUMPED OVER THE MOON - CHOCOLATE BOURBON DARK ALE - 8.5%

Blended specifically to celebrate April’s solar eclipse, this heady brew has notes of bitter chocolate, oak, baking spice, whiskey and cherry.

ERIE COAST - IPA - 7.0%

Midwest IPA, pale amber color, bright and bitter hop profile, grapefruit and pine aroma.

there is no quad - belgian quadrupel - 9.0%

Our GABF award winning Blegian Quadrupel, strong but not too sweet, rich with layers of dark fruit, caramel malt and delicate spices.

locktender - imperial stout - 10.0%

This massive Imperial Stout has layers of complexity from a variety of malts. Bitter dark chocolate, subtle smoke, spicy rye, silky oats, robust roasted barley and bracing hops all make up this inky brew.

FOX DEVIL WILD - BELGIAN GOLDEN STRONG ALE - 9.0%

Inspired by our favorite Belgian Golden ales this beer has a spicy, fruity aroma on top of a crackery pilsner malt base, moderate alcohol strength and balanced Noble hopping.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE? - SOUR BLUEBERRY STOUT - 7.0%

A twist on our popular Obsessive Compulsive Vampire, we switched from blackberries to blueberries this year, the beers fruit and acid profile blend seamlessly with the undernotes of dark chocolate and balsamic.

VOX ALTA - CHERRY BRUIN - 8.0%

The little brother to our Vox Maris, this ber features a lighter starting malt load amd foregoes the Belgian candi sugar making for a lighter approach to the beer.

Forager - sour gruit - 6.5%

One of our most unique sours to date, we took our award winning hopless gruit and aged it for a year in barrels on our sour cultures. The result is a tart but refreshingly herbal ale full of nuance and surprise.

NOVA - RASPBERRY SOUR ALE - 6.0%

One of our most popular concoctions, solera aged foudre blond ale conditioned on NW raspberries, fruity, delicious and out of this world.

Original - Dry Cider - 8.0% - dry

Our Original dry cider relies heavily on the GoldRush apple and is crisp and tart with notes of lemon and tropical fruit with a subtle minerality.

violet hour - botanical cider - 7.0% - dry

This vibrant cider gets its deep purple color from steeping with butterfly pea blossoms and is infused with a variety of botanicals like lavender, juniper and chamomile; this combined with the naturally dry tart cider make a unique cocktail-inspired drink.

RED - RED PLUM CHERRY CIDER - 6.5% - SEMI-DRY

Red is a juicy cider that rides the line between sweet and tart, balancing the delicate flavors of some of our favorite stonefruits—-plums and cherries.

GREEN KNIGHT - DRY CIDER - 6.7% - DRY

Made with a heavy dose of Rhode Island Greening apples this early season cider has loads of acidity and fruit character.

berry - raspberry black currant cherry cider - 6.5%

Our Berry cider lets all of its wonderful fruit flavors shine without any of the sweetness. A rich and complex apple base underlies the bright notes of vibrant raspberry, cherry and currants.

OHIO GOLD - SPICED APPLE MEAD - 13% - SEMI-SWEET

Our all Ohio mead made from local apples and wildflower honey plus a touch of mulling spices and maple syrup.

metropolis - blueberry black currant apple mead w/ spices- 14.0% - semi-sweet

Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.

ritual - syrah mead - 17%

This batch of Ritual is extra dry and drinks with fruit upfront, dropping sharply into a long tannic finish from the aging on French oak. For fans of the dry-red wines of Northern Italy or austere Cote-du-Rhone.

amaro miele - mead w/ floweres, herbs and spices - 16.0% - semi-sweet

An ode to our favorite Italian liqueurs, this wildflower mead is macerated with a variety of culinary and medicinal botanicals including chamomile, juniper, cinnamon, hyssop, mint, bitter orange, gentian root and more, all coming together to form a medley of bittersweet and herbaceous flavors.

The Reaper - Oak aged braggot - 13.5% - sweet

This Mazer-cup Silver medal winning beer/mead hybrid makes its first return in 8 years! Dark, rich and oaky with hints of stonefruit, toffee, toast and honey, drinking somewhere between an aged Quadrupel and and English barleywine.
