Our lineup of beers includes an ever rotating batch of one-off and seasonal experiments peppered with flagship offerings, always brewed to provide a balanced drinking experience in our taprooms. Aroma and flavor forward hoppy ales fermented with Norwegian yeast, twists on our favorite classic lagers and European standards, and a strong profile of Belgian beers inspired by monastic and farmhouse brewing. We take inspiration from our surroundings and partners, whether it's whiskey barrels from Tom's Foolery, mugwort and yarrow foraged on Spice Acres, single origin coffee roasted at Rising Star or Ohio grown and malted grains from Haus Malts.

From our humble beginnings producing 1 barrel batches for our bar in 2012 we now produce over 400 barrels a year on our 7-barrel brewhouse
