snow day - xmas ale - 7.0%

Deep amber in color, loaded with rich specialty and caramel malts and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.

Catacomb - Vienna Lager - 4.5%

Dark and roasty lager that's still nice and light on the palate. Mellow chocolate and roasted coffee notes with a hint of burnt caramel.

COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%

Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.

lava duck - red ipa - 6.5%

Winterized ruby colored IPA brewed with a touch of spicy rye and loaded with classic C hops to deliver loads of pine, resin and grapefruit flavors.

oryzae - koji pale ale - 5.4%

Brewed in collaboration with Jeremy Umansky of Larder Delicatessen for his Great Lakes focused James Beard dinner, koji inoculated rice and amazaki combine with a base of very light malts to create a unique apertif style beer that is remincent of an IPL meeting a dry rice saison.

saving species - benefit saison - 5.6%

Brewed to benefit our new friends at the Cleveland Zoological Society this beer pours the color of pale straw and has an inviting aroma of soft citrus and fresh herbs. The taste is dry and refreshingly bitter and there is a delicate floral finish

rising star - coffee milk stout - 7.0%

Robust but smooth stout packed with specialty malts and loads of Apocalypto coffee from our friends at Rising Star!

humboldt fog - west coast ipa - 6.5%

This west coast inspired IPA boasts pronounced bitterness on a lighter body, Columbus and Simcoe hops give off dank, resinous notes of pine and grapefruit peel.

MEADS & CIDERS

alexander - vidal blanc mead - 13% - dry

Made with grapes from our friends at Quarry Hill this mead/wine hybrid is dry, tart, floral and fruity, for fans of unoaked Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

blood magic - blackberry cherry serrano mead - 13.0%

Perfect blend of sweet and heat, our cult favorite mead returns after a 3 year absense!

Ronin - red plum mead - 13%

A brand new mead for 2024, this dry but fruity melomel looks and drinks a bit like a bolder Rose wine.

original - goldrush Cider - 6.7% - dry

Our Original dry cider relies heavily on the GoldRush apple and is crisp and tart with notes of lemon and tropical fruit with a subtle minerality.

berry - raspberry black currant cherry cider - 6.5%

Our Berry cider lets all of its wonderful fruit flavors shine without any of the sweetness. A rich and complex apple base underlies the bright notes of vibrant raspberry, cherry and currants.

Specialty

nebula - black currant sour - 6.0%

Matured in our large oak foudres, this sour blend is conditioned with black currants resulting in a tart and fruity beer.

story told in oak vol. 4 - foudre sour wheat - 6.0%

A blend of our 2nd and 3rd batches of Foudre beer and a small amount of fresh wheat ale, this sour is complex yet light and approachable.

life is no pony farm - berliner weiss - 4.0%

Just slightly tart foudre sour wheat beer, lemon/lime aroma, highly crushable.

street punk pirate blockade - raspberry cherry gose - 4.0%

Fruity, stonefruit, slightly salty, all punk, no authority.
