Winterized ruby colored IPA brewed with a touch of spicy rye and loaded with classic C hops to deliver loads of pine, resin and grapefruit flavors.
COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%
Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.
sacrosanct - belgian dubbel - 8.1%
This beer pours a beautiful garnet/mahogany color with a tan head, hints of spices and sweet dried fruit on the nose, malty but dry body with more dried fruit and a hint of alcohol on the finish.
ringo - pale ale w/ koji rice & cider - 5.7%
Our latest collaboration with Jeremy Umanksy and Larder Delicatessen, this unique pale ale is mashed in with 100# of koji-fied rice (typically used for sake production), its byproduct the sweet/sour amazake goes in post fermentation and then after dry-hopping we blend in 20% freshly fermented Ohio cider…the result? Somewhere between pale ale, saison and Korean makgeolli and totally delicious and one of a kind.

New school IPA with all the hot tropical, juicy, fruity flavors but without the haze and sweetness.
Snow day - XMAS ALE - 6.0%
Deep amber in color, loaded with rich specialty and caramel malts and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
bramling cross - ESB - 5.9%
English-style amber ale, inviting aroma of subtle fruit and herbal notes, satisfying body and bitterness.
MEADS & CIDERS
ritual - syrah grape mead - 17% - dry
2021 vintage, sweet cherry and red wine aroma, flavor is reminiscent of certain fortified wines with all sweetness balanced by a long tannic finish.
metropolis - blueberry black currant mead w/ spices - 13% - semi-sweet
Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.
moonbeam - mead - 12.5%
2022 traditional mead made from orange blossom, jewelweed, basswood and clover honeys, each contributing unique subtle floral elements to this delicate and delicious mead.
borealis - BLUEBERRY NECTAR - 6.3% - DRY
Imagine this sparkling mead as a honey-based cider alternative, dry and light, slightly fruity and floral with a distinct blueberry finish.
violet hour - botanical cider - 8.5% - dry
This vibrant cider gets its deep purple color from steeping with butterfly pea blossoms and is infused with a variety of botanicals like lavender, juniper and chamomile; this combined with the naturally dry tart cider make a unique cocktail-inspired drink.
early bird - first season cider - 6.5% - dry
The first cider made of the 2025 season is always a reason to celebrate! This year’s blend is an interesting mix of Crimson Crisp, experimental new varietals and an unnamed apple cultivated from cuttings from Kyrgyzstan, the birthplace of the apple!
Cherry - cherry cider - 7.5% - dry
Made from Winesap, Goldrush, Rhode Island Greening and Crimson Gold crabapples plus the addition of Midwest grown sour Balaton cherries. A fantastic cider with an additional hint of stonefruit and touch of sweetness.

salt & Citrus - lime gose - 4.0%
Delicious blend of fresh wheat ale, foudre-sour golden, sea salt and lime juice.
I AM A DONUT - cherry berliner weiss - 4.0%
Slightly sour, foudre-aged wheat beer made with montmorency sour cherries for a refreshing and delicious twist on a traditional Berliner.
castle on the hill - sour red ale w/ balaton cherries - 5.5%
Aged 1.5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, soured with our house cultured pulled from our foudres. Sour, slightly acetic, fruity and complex.
