Brewed with a blend of European Pilsner and Pale malts plus biscuit malt and rye, a touch of coriander and orange peel and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. Balanced, mildly fruity, full bodied but dry, an all around pleasant beer to share with your traveling companions.
erie coast - ipa - 7.0%
Our flagship midwest IPA brewed with Pale and Pilsner malt plus a touch of caramel to balance the Centennial, Citra and Chinook hops. Notes of grapefruit, orange and pine…tastes like forest bathing with a mimosa.
fox devil wild - belgian-style Tripel - 8.0%
Our reimagined Belgian Tripel, spicy, floral and fruity on the nose, full bodied but balanced and dry with a sneakyily high abv.
syklist - pale ale - 5.0%
A very unique and international pale ale, featuring a distinct warm fermenting Norwegian yeast, hops from New Zealand, Germany and the USA all contributing fresh, fruity and orange/lime citrus. Vienna, Pilsner and oats make up the grain bill with caramel rye for some orange color and a slight nuttiness.

Dark and roasty lager that's still nice and light on the palate. Mellow chocolate and coffee notes with a hint of noble hops to balance.
penny - orange hibiscus wheat - 5.0%
Wonderfully drinkable rose colored wheat saison touched with citrus and a mild cranberry-like tartness from the whole hibiscus flowers.

A beautiful hybrid of Ohio grown grapes and honey, floral and fruity with a pleasing acidity.
metropolis - blueberry black currant mead w/ spices - 13% - semi-sweet
Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.
amaro miele - mead w/ botanicals, herbs and flowers - 16.0% - semi-sweet
An ode to our favorite Italian liqueurs, this wildflower mead is macerated with a variety of culinary and medicinal botanicals including chamomile, juniper, cinnamon, hyssop, mint, bitter orange, gentian root and more, all coming together to form a medley of bittersweet and herbaceous flavors.
vine spritz - white wine seltzer - 6.0% - Dry
The first in our new line of wine spritzes, made from Yakima Valley pinot grigio, fermented clean and fruity and presented at a sessionable abv with bright carbonation.

This mid season cider blends Winesap, Rhode Island Greening and Crimson Gold crabapples into a delightfully fruity/floral cider with great balance and a touch of tannins.
nocturne - blackcurrant cider - 8.7%
NY grown blackcurrants on a base of Ohio Goldrush, bright, snappy acidity and tannins, rich dark fruit flavor mingled with apple and tropical notes.

I AM A DONUT - cherry berliner weiss - 4.0%
Slightly sour, foudre-aged wheat beer made with montmorency sour cherries for a refreshing and delicious twist on a traditional Berliner.
nebula - blackcurrant sour ale - 6.0%
Solera aged foudre golden sour conditioned with a boatload of blackcurrant. Inky purple color and head, deep, rich acidity and complexity, touch of funk and vinegar.
