Deep amber in color, loaded with rich specialty and caramel malts and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.

penny - orange hibiscus wheat - 5.0%

Wonderfully drinkable rose colored wheat beer touched with citrus and a mild cranberry-like tartness from the whole hibiscus flowers.

COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%

Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.

in a strange land - juicy ipa - 6.3%

Modern style IPA without the haze, medium bitterness, ultra light body, tropical fruitiness compliments of a Mosaic/Citra dry hop.

humboldt fog - west coast ipa - 6.5%

This west coast inspired IPA boasts big bitterness on a lighter body, Columbus and Simcoe hops give off dank, resinous notes of pine and grapefruit peel.

cacao jumped over the moon - BBA brown ale - 9.5%

A one-off Imperial brown ale aged in bourbon barrels, strong notes of dark chocolate and dried fruits.

lava duck - red ipa - 6.5%

Winterized ruby colored IPA brewed with a touch of spicy rye and loaded with classic C hops to deliver loads of pine, resin and grapefruit flavors.

sacrosanct - belgian dubbel - 8.1%

This beer pours a beautiful garnet/mahogany color with a tan head, hints of spices and sweet dried fruit on the nose, malty but dry body with more dried fruit and a hint of alcohol on the finish.

ringo - pale ale w/ koji rice & cider - 5.7%

Our latest collaboration with Jeremy Umanksy and Larder Delicatessen, this unique pale ale is mashed in with 100# of koji-fied rice (typically used for sake production), its byproduct the sweet/sour amazake goes in post fermentation and then after dry-hopping we blend in 20% freshly fermented Ohio cider…the result? Somewhere between pale ale, saison and Korean makgeolli and totally delicious and one of a kind.

space mothBLACK LAGER - 4.2%

Dark and roasty lager that's still nice and light on the palate. Mellow chocolate and roasted coffee notes with a hint of burnt caramel.

MEADS & CIDERS

ohio gold - spiced apple mead - 13% - dry

Made with 100% Ohio grown apples from Quarry Hill orchards and wildflower honey from Guyette Farms, finished with a delicate touch of baking spices.

Metropolis - blueberry black currant apple mead w/ spices - 13% - semi-dry

Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.

Ronin - red plum mead - 13%

A brand new mead for 2024, this dry but fruity melomel looks and drinks a bit like a bolder Rose wine.

forgotten lore - bba cherry vanilla mead - 13% - sweet

Rich and contemplative, sweet and tart cherry mingles with lush honey and whiskey notes.

blue period - blueberry nectar - 6.5% - dry

Session mead made from local wildflower honey and loads of real blueberries, slightly juicy, floral and fruity.

berry noir- blueberry Blackberry cider - 7.9% - dry

New for 2025, this riff on our popular Berry cider switches up the fruit while sticking with the same goal, a fruity/juicy cider that still has great apple flavor and very low sugar.

original - goldrush Cider - 6.7% - dry

Our Original dry cider relies heavily on the GoldRush apple and is crisp and tart with notes of lemon and tropical fruit with a subtle minerality.

Specialty

life is no pony farm - berliner weiss - 4.0%

Just slightly tart foudre sour wheat beer, lemon/lime aroma, highly crushable.

castle on the hill - sour red ale w/ balaton cherries - 5.5%

Aged 1.5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, soured with our house cultured pulled from our foudres. Sour, slightly acetic, fruity and complex.

I AM A DONUT - cherry berliner weiss - 4.0%

Slightly sour, foudre-aged wheat beer made with montmorency sour cherries for a refreshing and delicious twist on a traditional Berliner.

salt & citrus - lime gose - 4.0%

Slightly sour, foudre-aged wheat beer made with fresh squeezed lime and sea salt.
