With almost 20 years of experience, Chef Michael Schoen has worked his way through some of Cleveland and Chicago's best kitchens. After working as the Chef of renowned Hopleaf Bar & Restaurant in Chicago, Chef Michael came back home to Cleveland to open Tinman inside the Ohio City Galley in 2018. From there it was obvious that the Tinman burger was a big hit in our dining scene. Soon after his time at the Galley, Chef teamed up with the Lakewood Bottlehouse to bring you Eugene "Home of the Tinman burger". Chef describes Eugene as a nod to the classics in his "simple, comfort neighborhood kitchen"
