SPACE MOTH - BLACK LAGER - 4.2%

Dark and roasty lager that's still nice and light on the palate. Mellow chocolate and roasted coffee notes with a hint of burnt caramel.

light bender - black ipa - 7.5%

An original flagship of the brewery resurrected for a new generation of curious drinkers. Dark but not heavy or roasty, hops blend pine and fruit on a bed of chocolate.

COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%

Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.

sacrosanct - belgian dubbel - 8.1%

This beer pours a beautiful garnet/mahogany color with a tan head, hints of spices and sweet dried fruit on the nose, malty but dry body with more dried fruit and a hint of alcohol on the finish.

burger beer - cream ale - 4.5%

The ultimate throw-back, dad lager, brewed specifically to compliment the famous Tinman Burger.

humboldt fog - west coast ipa - 6.5%

This west coast inspired IPA boasts big bitterness on a lighter body, Columbus and Simcoe hops give off dank, resinous notes of pine and grapefruit peel.

Snow day - XMAS ALE - 6.0%

Deep amber in color, loaded with rich specialty and caramel malts and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.

bramling cross - ESB - 5.9%

English-style amber ale, inviting aroma of subtle fruit and herbal notes, satisfying body and bitterness.

MEADS & CIDERS

ritual - syrah grape mead - 17% - dry

2021 vintage, sweet cherry and red wine aroma, flavor is reminiscent of certain fortified wines with all sweetness balanced by a long tannic finish.

metropolis - blueberry black currant mead w/ spices - 13% - semi-sweet

Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.

watcher on the wall - 2022 locust/cherry blossom mead - 13% - semi-sweet

Small batch mead made from rare single varietal honey and aged three years. Fruity and floral with a mellow spice note, round and sweet palate.

borealis - BLUEBERRY NECTAR - 6.3% - DRY

Imagine this sparkling mead as a honey-based cider alternative, dry and light, slightly fruity and floral with a distinct blueberry finish.

violet hour - botanical cider - 8.5%

This vibrant cider gets its deep purple color from steeping with butterfly pea blossoms and is infused with a variety of botanicals like lavender, juniper and chamomile; this combined with the naturally dry tart cider make a unique cocktail-inspired drink.

spritz - grapefruit cider seltzer - 4.5% - dry

Spritz is our utterly refreshing session cider. In the growing world of alcoholic seltzers we wanted to create something that fit the bill while still using real ingredients. We start with excellent, flavorful apple varietals and dilute the starting must so that we can finish dry and with a lower alcohol than our standard strength ciders. We infuse the finished cider with grapefruit peel and the final product is a winning combo of crisp apple and sparkly citrus.

Delicious blend of fresh wheat ale, foudre-sour golden, sea salt and lime juice.

life is no pony farm - berliner weiss - 4.0%

Just slightly tart foudre sour wheat beer, lemon/lime aroma, highly crushable.

REX AURI - 2015 AMERICAN BARLEYWINE W/ BRETT - 13.0%

One of our most unique and challenging brews, made more so by a very extended aging. Dry, vinous, slightly bitter and surprisingly not sour or funky.

castle on the hill - sour red ale w/ balaton cherries - 5.5%

Aged 1.5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, soured with our house cultured pulled from our foudres. Sour, slightly acetic, fruity and complex.
