This smooth amber lager features a variety of toasted malts on a base of munich, pilner and vienna giving it a bready toast and cracker profile balanced with a good dose of European and American noble hops.
juicezilla - hazy ipa - 7.0%
New school IPA bursting with fruity, tropical aroma with a silky, smooth body and balanced bitterness. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic and Elani.
COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%
Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy.
backpacker - belgian-style Blond Ale - 6.4%
Brewed with a blend of European Pilsner and Pale malts plus biscuit malt and rye, a touch of coriander and orange peel and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. Balanced, mildly fruity, full bodied but dry, an all around pleasant beer to share with your traveling companions.
orbital - ipa - 7.5%
Out of this world IPA featuring Citra, Sultana, Ekuanot and Centennial hops over a base of English style Pale Malt.
syklist - pale ale - 5.0%
A very unique and international pale ale, featuring a distinct warm fermenting Norwegian yeast, hops from New Zealand, Germany and the USA all contributing fresh, fruity and orange/lime citrus. Vienna, Pilsner and oats make up the grain bill with caramel rye for some orange color and a slight nuttiness.
Two ravens - smoked baltic porter - 6.0%
This dark lager gets a touch of added complexity by the addition of cherrywood smoked malt, pairing well with the cocoa and coffee notes.
penny - orange hibiscus wheat - 5.0%
Wonderfully drinkable rose colored wheat saison touched with citrus and a mild cranberry-like tartness from the whole hibiscus flowers.
MEADS, CIDERS & wine
reaper - oak aged braggot - 13% - semi-sweet
This mead/ale hybrid pours a deep mahogony and has notes of caramel, toffee, figs balanced by noticeable oaky tannins.
metropolis - blueberry black currant mead w/ spices - 13% - semi-sweet
Intensely dark and fruit forward, this modern mead has big acidity and an underlying layer of allspice and clove.
moonbeam - mead - 12.5% - sweet
2022 traditional mead made from orange blossom, jewelweed, basswood and clover honeys, each contributing unique subtle floral elements to this delicate and delicious mead.
vine spritz - white wine seltzer - 6.0% - Dry
The first in our new line of wine spritzes, made from Yakima Valley pinot grigio, fermented clean and fruity and presented at a sessionable abv with bright carbonation.
borealis - BLUEBERRY NECTAR - 6.3% - DRY
Imagine this sparkling mead as a honey-based cider alternative, dry and light, slightly fruity and floral with a distinct blueberry finish.
Serenade - dry cider w/ crabapple - 7.5%
This mid season cider blends Winesap, Rhode Island Greening and Crimson Gold crabapples into a delightfully fruity/floral cider with great balance and a touch of tannins.
prelude - first season cider - 6.5% - dry
The first cider made of the 2025 season is always a reason to celebrate! This year’s blend is an interesting mix of Crimson Crisp, experimental new varietals and an unnamed apple cultivated from cuttings from Kyrgyzstan, the birthplace of the apple!

I AM A DONUT - cherry berliner weiss - 4.0%
Slightly sour, foudre-aged wheat beer made with montmorency sour cherries for a refreshing and delicious twist on a traditional Berliner.
