Erie coast - Hazy ipa - 6.6%

Between the coasts IPA, neither as dry and bitter as West Coast or malty as East, loaded with Citra and Chinook hops with a full, fruity aroma and lingering flavor of grapefruit peel.

rising star stout - coffee milk stout - 5.5% (ON TAP 3/29)

Bursting with fresh roasted dark coffee aroma, this stout has layers of chocolate, mocha and caramel all heightened by the heavy handed addition of locally roasted coffee.

Community - Pilsner - 5.0%

Our flagship lager takes simple, bready malts and a healthy dose of American and European Noble hops and combines them into a beer that truly anyone can enjoy!

syklist - pale ale - 5.0%

Flagship pale ale fermented hot with Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast, giving it its characteristic orange marmalade aroma. Dry-hopped with Mosaic & Equinox.

proxima centauRI - red lager - 5.2%

Smooth, crisp lager with a deep red color, toasted and roasted malt character and a noble hop finish.

catacomb - vienna lager - 4.7%

Light amber lager with a touch of bready malt character but a dry and hoppy finish.

Mandarin sol - orange wheat - 4.0%

Super light sumer ale brewed with 50/50 Pilsner and Wheat, German Ale yeast and bitter and Mandarin orange peel.

MEAD & CIDER

Concerto - Cider w/ Red Plums - 5.7% - Semi-dry

Modern cider made from a blend of sweet and tart dessert apples and red plums. All apple on the aroma, this rose colored cider has a juicy, stonefruit finish and just a touch of sweetness.

CEYLON - SESSION MEAD W/ ORANGE PEEL, TEA & SPICES - 6.9% - DRY

Made from clover and orange blossom honey with orange peel and Sri Lankan black tea, cinnamon and clove.

CEREMONY – COFFEE MEAD – 15.0% - SEMI-SWEET

A stonger, semi-sweet mead made from Ohio Wildflower honey and Sumatran and Burundian coffees roasted by Rising Star.

SERENADE - HERITAGE-CIDER - 6.3% - SEMI-DRY

Full bodied and robust cider with a juicy tropical aroma, a touch of sweetness and balanced acidity and tannins. Fermented slowly in neutral oak barrels and made from a Golden Russet heavy heritage apple blend from Chersterland, Ohio.

ARIA - GOLDRUSH CIDER - 7.9% - DRY

Made from 90% Goldrush apples with heritage apples to support, this dry, pale cider has hints of lemon and peach, a distinct minerality and bold acidity.

CLAIRVOYANT - SESSION RASPBERRY MEAD - 6.5% - SEMI-SWEET

Our most popular session mead, this vibrantly purple mead bursts with raspberry aroma and has an easy to drink sweet-tart finish.

RITUAL - SYRAH MEAD W/ FRENCH OAK - 14% - SEMI-SWEET

This pyment is made from 50% California Syrah grapes and local wildflower honey, fermented in stainless steel with toasted oak staves added. Fruity, semi sweet with berry and honey notes intermingling and a hint of tannin and acid to balance.

AMARO MIELE - MEAD W/ BOTACICALS, SPICES & FLOWERS - 15.0% - BITTERSWEET

Inspired by our favorite Italian liqueurs, this sweet wildflower mead is fermented and aged in oak barrels with 21 different, roots, herbs, flowers, spices and fruits including bitter orange, mint, chamomile, clove, cinnamon, gentian, sage and juniper.

ALEXANDER - WHITE GRAPE MEAD AGED IN WINE BARRELS - 13.3% - DRY

Made with NY grown Vignoles grapes, fermented and aged in barrels, this pyment is light and dry with subtle peach notes.

The wanderer - MEAD W/ MAPLE SYRUP AND SPICES - 13% SEMI-SWEET

This seasonal is made with Ohio wildflower honey and maple syrup from the same farm in nearby Aurora; after fermentation it rests and infuses with whole Ceylon cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg and star anise in neutral oak barrels for up to a year.

SOURS

duality #2 - spontaneous sour golden - 6.6%

Our golden base beer fermented for one year with only the natural yeasts and bacteria found in our second ever sour barrel, in use for over 5 years and first holding Eventyr. Complex acidity and yeast notes, funky but balanced.

JEFF - CHERRY BERLINER WEISS - 4.6%

A sessionable blend of barrel aged cherry sours, young wheat beer and tart cherries. Named after a great friend and an even better beer drinker.

sour blend #1 - wild brown ale - 7.3%

A blend of four barrels of sour brown ale, zippy lactic acidity mix with notes of caramel malt and dried fruits.

SOUR GRAPES – STILL SOUR W/ WHITE & RED WINE GRAPES – 8.0%

This pale sour had Niagara grapes in primary fermentation as well as aging for 2.5 years in a wine barrel with additional Gewurztraminer and Leon Millet grapes. Complex brett on the nose, vinous in character, served still and reminiscent of certai orange wine.

REX AURI - AMERICAN BARLEYWINE AGED IN WHITE WINE BARRELS WITH BRETT - 13.0%

Dry and vinous with a subtle yeast complexity and malt character. Brett, barrel and hops all work together to create a remarkably well balanced and intriguing strong ale.
